Land surrounding the McGregor Executive Airport will soon be home to a new mixed-use development called The Concourse.  The 88-acre site is strategically located along West Highway 84, only 7 miles from downtown Waco.  The Concourse plans to offer a uniquely themed mix of boutique hotel, specialty retail and market, commercial pad sites and a diversity of high density housing.
